Provides in-depth assistance to Executive Hosts in support of their gaming block. Maintains detailed knowledge of VIP guests, their gaming habits, and their specific needs and requirements. Helps to cover Ambassador Hosts in VIP services when required. Responds to situations regarding disgruntled guests and uses communication skills to diffuse possible confrontations quickly evaluates situation, offers solutions and alternatives, and decides on a plan of action. Responsible for providing optimal guest service to all players with a main focus on developing lasting relationships with all Black, Diamond and Platinum level players via delivery of personalized customer service.Ĭommunicates with Executive Host team to ensure guidelines surrounding guest service, amenities, comps, and reinvestments are followed to ensure the consistent delivery of superior guest service. Previous host experience or three years’ strong guest service experience in hospitality or gaming industry. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Marketing preferred.
